Wow, its been a while since i last wrote anything in this. Time for an update! I wish I could tell you something amazing that happens but my life is still pretty much the same. It definitely is not boring but its not as exciting as others. But, I still love every day of it!
I been thinking about the past friendships lately. And, sometimes I wish some of my close friends were still in elementary school or middle school because they were still innocent and genuine. It finally occurred to me that people change so much in high school and then everything becomes much more complicated, ex: friendships, relationships.
Anyways, I am looking forward to the summer a lot! And, meeting these other PwC interns! In the mean time, I should get back to studying for my two exams tomorrow.

so far this winter has consisted of:
- watching episodes of sailor moon (trying to actually finish the entire series): got to 112
- hanging out and seeing some my lovely friends: Kiri, Mace, Rachel, Olga, Rujuta and Lindsey
- 50% of the time: calling UPS and Fossil's customer service to make sure my brother's watch is delivered. * Actually, his watch was one of my xmas gift, and it was ordered on Dec. 17th with a free overnight delivery. However, some UPS person put a small sticker to the wrong house and is was delivered to that house on Dec. 20th. And, on Dec. 24th, i realized that my brother's watch is still no here and started making phone calls. On Dec. 26th, this guy called me in the morning to tell me he has my package and will inform UPS to come pick it up. It took him all of xmas to decide if the package should be returned to the rightful owner. So from Dec. 26th to Dec. 28th, the first i did when i woke up was to call UPS. And, no one would help me because this lady named D was in charge of my case. So, i was informed that D would get back from her holiday break on Dec. 31st. On 31st, i called D to make sure that my package was being picked up from the house and delivered to my house. In end, my brother end up finally receiving his watch on the 31st.
- checking my grades consistently like a maniac on blackboard and testudo because one of my teachers got sick and has not posted any grades. In fact, i still have no idea what i got on my midterm for that class.
- waiting for nice people to load this chinese drama series called: they kissed again, the sequel of it started with a kiss. This series is currently aired in China every sunday.
- evaluating my personal life: friendships and relationships
- understanding that i really do need this short trip to Germany to appreciate my life more

Copy and paste this into your lj: List one good, one bad, and one mediocore thing that's happened in the past week. Add details if you want to.
Let's see:
This week I been to College Park three times so far. All were mainly for interviews and pre-interview receptions. But, I got to see my favorite people at CP: Steve and Ina!!! So far, I have interviewed for Ernst & Young for the Core Assurance (auditing) internship at McLean, VA and Goodman & Company for an accounting internship (2 weeks of audit, tax and accounting services) at Rockville (actually they just moved to the Town Hall next to the Rockville Metro Station, remember Mace we went there with Kevin to hang out?). I like interviews but they are really exhausting at times, especially when i have to ride the metro for about 2 hrs each way. Also, its really hard to find parking spots around 12:30pm at the Shady Grove Metro Station. I really hope the interviews went well, and all this traveling and occasional skipping class for an interview is all worth it. Next week, I have three interviews for the rest of the Big Four accounting firms. Wish me luck!
Besides interviews, I had a big test in Marketing. After the test, I realized I thought a little too hard on two questions and at least got them wrong...The grades will be up later next week. And, next week i have an accounting exam (1/3 of my grade) and finance exam. Boo... Since I no longer live at CP, I dont have a college life anymore lol. When friends call me about a house party, I usually decline because of an exam or family plans. Oh, everyone here at the Shady Grove campus seems so much more dedicated in their classes. They actually come to every class most of the time, and participate. I am surprised! Since there is no curve in any of my classes, we'll just have to work hard for our grades.
Currently, I am at the library at Shady Grove campus. It is very nice & quiet. My favorite location on this campus is the back of the library, where there are modern styled chairs and assortment of green plants including bamboo! Also, you can even sit on the wall bench at about 90 degrees. I guess that's for people to study without worrying about falling asleep.
Well, I got to my last class: Entrepreneurship. Mace, Congrats on your acceptation into the Ventureneurship program! I hope its really fun for you and you learn a lot about business side of everything!!!

so far: - i saw Blood Diamond, which was really good (emotional movie) - right now, i am praticiing my chinese characters for chin302...this class is tough me and makes me regret how i forgot how to read and write in chinese - waiting to hear back from the appeal that i made to the Smith's business school... - this semester my life has been turned upside down, and its been a tough start so far... - i really want to study abroad a semester anywhere, but my planned schedule won't allow it - i was mistaken for a korean yesterday while waiting for the metro... - on the other hand, i met a nice international student from japan in econ306. we were both very excited to talk about hana yori dango! - and, i really miss real chinese food.
p.s. i am taking a class (not for credit) on intro to international ballroom dancing and latin with my roomie, Ina. it should be fun. it makes me think back to my first year in china, when i actually was good at dancing.

two questions: what is friendship? and what is love? these questions are always pondering in my head, lately. sorry to everyone who actually reads my pathetic attempts on lj, my lj is never entertaining or profounding. i guess that's probably one of the reasons i dont write in this much. compared to everyone else, i guess my view on life is relatively simpler.
so far, my winter break has been relaxing and unproductive. i spent most of my day watching this Taiwanese drama series called Meteor Garden. i would recommend it to everyone who loves love stories. and, i realized asian people are awesome for loading most of the drama series on the net! in fact, i found this series called At the Dolphin Bay, which i saw last time i was in China. i guess if i keep watching drama series, my break will be complete!
oh on the side note: i started my application for the umd business school. hopefully, things will go well.
i would still like to see everyone before jan. 20th. so whoever likes to hangout with me or simply just chat, please call. sorry, i been rather lazy in terms of calling people on my cell.

In 2007, asianpanda resolves to... Drink four glasses of flute every day. Become a better aim. Ask my boss for a badtz-maru. Buy new kingdom hearts. Take evening classes in fashion. Give up skittles.

YES...finally, the wonderful feeling of relief is in my body! Hopefully now i can catch some sleep and eat delicious Chinese food all break! My cousin from China is coming to stay with us for a bit. It should be cool! Unfortunately, my parents are selling him the beat up green van to him. I guess this means i cant really have a job this break?
